Returns
You may return items purchased on mancandy.mx within 10 days of delivery, provided the return label remains attached to the garment and the item is in the same condition as delivered. The customer is responsible for the operational and shipping costs generated by the return. We do not accept returns on sale purchases or pre-order items.
Exchanges
We process exchanges for the same item when a product arrives damaged, faulty, or was shipped in error attributable to us. Contact us within 10 days from delivery and ensure the item is in stock. The customer is responsible for the operational and shipping costs generated by the exchange. We do not accept exchanges on sale purchases.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. For approved returns, we issue store credit for the same amount paid, redeemable on MANCANDY products. If a defective or incorrect item cannot be exchanged due to lack of stock, we will issue store credit.
