Shipping Policy (Mexico)
All domestic orders are shipped via FEDEX and DHL. Shipping is free throughout the Mexican Republic via FEDEX. Order preparation and handoff to the carrier take 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. Carrier transit takes an additional 1 to 4 business days depending on the destination. “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. If for any unforeseen reason our handoff to the carrier is delayed by more than 7 business days, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp and send you the tracking number to track your shipment. International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via USPS, FEDEX, DHL, or the National Postal Service, depending on the customer’s choice and/or service availability. The final shipping cost is shown before completing your purchase at checkout. For Free Shipping, preparation and handoff to the carrier take 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation, and carrier transit varies from 15 to 20 business days. For International Standard, the estimated transit time is 15 to 20 business days. For Xpress Shipping, the estimated transit time is 3 to 5 business days.
